- Is the power adapter firmly connected?
- Are the indicator lights on? Are they blinking in unusual patterns?
- Are you connected to the right WiFi (usually named Wavlink-XXXX)?
- Try using a different browser or device.
- Reboot the router and try again.
- Clear your browser’s cache or switch to private/incognito mode.
- Select your existing WiFi network.
- Enter the password correctly (double-check for typos).
- Set a unique network name and strong password for the Wavlink signal.
- Save and let the router reboot.
- Tucking it into corners.
- Hiding it behind TVs or inside cabinets.
- Placing it next to metal surfaces or microwaves.
- Press and hold the reset button on the back for 10–12 seconds.
- Wait for all the LED lights to blink.
- Connect to the default WiFi again.
- Revisit dashboard and perform the full Wavlink ap setup from scratch.
